Lack of employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities is #Solvable. Susanne Bruyère shares how engaging businesses can help to identify, reach, train, and support disabled populations who may have been previously overlooked to empower talent and provide them with employment opportunities.

Susanne Bruyère is a Professor of Disability Studies and the Director of the Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability at the ILR School at Cornell University. She has served as Project Director and Co-Principal Investigator of numerous federally-sponsored research, dissemination, and technical assistance efforts focused on employment and disability policy and effective workplace practices for people with disabilities.
