John Spangler

John Spangler serves as Director, Communications, Policy, and Advocacy at The Rockefeller Foundation where he brings over a decade of experience working across government, non-profit and private sectors to advance global development goals. Prior to joining the Foundation, Spangler was a Director at Global Health Strategies in New York. He previously served as a Global Health Corps fellow with Jhpiego in Uganda and supported the Office of Global Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Rural Development program at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

He is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and was a U.S. Department of State Gilman Scholar in India.
