Project: “Organizing for e-Participation: A Comparative Perspective”


Tiina Randma-Liiv is a co-founder and board member of the largest Estonian think-tank: PRAXIS Centre for Policy Studies. She previously served on the advisory board of the UNDP Regional Centre for Public Administration Reform and the OECD Expert Group of the Partnership for Democratic Governance. While attending Bellagio in April 2022, Randma-Liiv worked on a project examining the organization and administration of e-participation initiatives in 17 European countries. Alongside her work at PRAXIS, she is a Professor of Public Policy at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia, where she also serves as Vice Dean for Research for the Faculty of Business and Governance.
