Project: “Lost (and Found) in Transition”
Pamela Shifman is a leading social justice and philanthropic leader. During her time at Bellagio in June 2022, Shifman participated in a group residency for feminist leaders, co-creating new models to apply feminist values to organizational change. Shifman is currently the President of the Democracy Alliance, Founder of Shake the Table and serves on multiple boards, including the Ms. Foundation for Women and The National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy. Shifman formerly served as Executive Director of the NoVo Foundation, where she led grantmaking efforts investing in the power and leadership of girls and women of color and cultivated a supportive and creative culture based on anti-racist and feminist principals.
