Project: “Blueprint for developing non-profit infrastructure in Asia”
Laurence Lien is a renowned philanthropist and veteran nonprofit leader. He visited Bellagio in October 2023 to develop a plan for a new pan-Asian practice specializing in capacity building for philanthropic and beneficiary organizations. Laurence serves as Chairman of the Asia Philanthropy Circle, a membership-based platform for Asian philanthropists to exchange, learn, and collaborate. He is CEO of the Asia Community Foundation, a new entity to enable cross-border giving in Asia. He is also the Chairman of Lien Foundation, a family foundation regarded for its innovative approach in the fields of education, eldercare, and the environment.
