The Rockefeller Foundation is requesting Intents to Bid as part of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an emissions reporting and carbon accounting partner. This notice is issued in advance of that RFP so that interested firms can register their interest, complete a mandatory pre-bid discovery call, and plan for the proposal timeline. This notice is not a solicitation, and no proposal or pricing is requested at this stage. It does not commit the Foundation to issue the RFP, to award a contract, or to reimburse any cost associated with responding.
Action required to participate
The Foundation will issue the RFP only to a shortlist of vendors. To be considered for that shortlist, a firm must complete both of the following steps:
- Return the Intent to Bid response form at the end of this document to procurement@rockfound.org by Friday, September 4, 2026; and
- Complete a pre-bid discovery call with the Foundation between September 8 and September 16, 2026.
