William Asiko is a highly accomplished leader with over three decades of experience spanning the public, private, and non-profit sectors. He joined The Rockefeller Foundation in 2019 as Vice President for the Africa Regional Office, leading initiatives in energy access and nutritious school meals across various African countries. His background includes nearly 20 years with The Coca-Cola Company, serving in countries like the U.S., Kenya, Morocco, UK, and South Africa, and overseeing programs in over 30 African nations. William also held leadership roles with GrowAfrica and The Investment Climate Facility for Africa and began his career as an attorney for the Government of Kenya. He holds a law degree from the University of Nairobi and an MBA from Emory University. His diverse international exposure and multi-sectoral expertise are invaluable in addressing large-scale development challenges and advocating for sustainable economic development focused on empowering women and youth.
