Project: One Degree combines modern technology and AI with deep community partnerships to help low-income families find and access critical social services — like food, housing, and public benefits — quickly, easily, and with dignity. It is building public digital infrastructure for a more equitable social safety net. One Degree drives systems change by partnering with government agencies, healthcare providers, and nonprofits to build coordinated, efficient, and equitable service networks — so that millions of Americans can access opportunity and achieve long-term stability.
Rey Faustino is leveraging cutting-edge technology, including artificial intelligence, and working with government agencies to streamline how low-income families access critical government services, healthcare providers, and nonprofits. With over 20 years in the nonprofit sector, he is a Y Combinator and Echoing Green alum and a Visiting Fellow at Harvard’s Social Innovation & Change Initiative. Rey holds an MPP from Harvard and a B.S. from USC.
