Project: Wind River Development Fund and its four partners are strengthening Indigenous economies and reclaiming Native sovereignty by aligning investments with place-based economic development projects. Eight funded projects reflect a holistic approach to economic development including two construction projects and investments in food sovereignty, health care, workforce development, and land sovereignty.
Paul F. Huberty is strengthening Indigenous economies by disrupting status quos to increase access to capital, training, and technical and other assistance to support investments that create jobs, increase wages, and foster small business development in Wind River An enrolled member of the White Earth Ojibwe, Pillager Band, he previously held executive roles in nonprofit health care, including at the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Colorado Access. He holds a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State and an MBA/MS from Drexel University.
