Nsombi Ricketts

Nsombi B. Ricketts joined The Rockefeller Foundation in January 2024 and serves as Vice President of Communities, Partners and Impact, leading strategic efforts across our organization in alignment with our operational and programmatic priorities. Prior to joining the foundation, she held various senior leadership roles at Pratt Institute, Northwestern University, and the Johnson School at Cornell University. She also worked at American Express, AON Consulting, Princeton Review, and Kaplan Test Prep. Nsombi holds a BS in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Leadership from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
