Big Bet: Accelerate financial inclusion to unlock the full value of employee ownership for workers.

Project: Ownership Works (O.W.) helps investors and companies implement broad-based employee ownership programs that give 100% of workers equity opportunities. O.W. currently works with 145 companies to implement shared ownership programs by helping these companies assess and address financial inclusion and resilience issues among their workforces. This big bet project aims to identify barriers and catalyze action among corporate actors to adopt more financial inclusion and resilience programs positively impacting 100,000 workers by 2030.
