Project: TradesFutures develops workforce and educational programming across the U.S. that provides participants from all walks of life the fundamental skills to succeed in the building trades apprenticeship of their choice. Bridging quality talent with jobs and construction projects that offer stable and competitive wages and benefits, this project ultimately creates a pathway into the middle class for thousands of construction workers.


Marina Zhavoronkova is expanding access to high-quality construction jobs for veterans, women, and others across the United States through workforce and educational programming. She previously held senior roles at the CHIPS Program Office, Center for American Progress, and Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development. Marina holds degrees from Harvard Kennedy School and NYU.
