Maha Eltobgy leads the Foundation’s programmatic integration efforts, aligning strategy, partnerships, learning, and grantee engagement to maximize global impact. She works closely with the Executive Vice President of Programs and senior leaders to foster collaboration, strengthen systems, and scale innovative solutions that advance the Foundation’s mission to promote the well-being of humanity.

In this role, Maha oversees efforts to drive programmatic excellence, from building data-driven learning cultures to mobilizing resources and partnerships that expand the Foundation’s reach. Her leadership ensures that the Foundation’s global programs are not only strategically aligned but also positioned for measurable and lasting impact. She previously served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, where she built alliances with philanthropic foundations, multilateral development banks, development finance institutions, and high-net-worth individuals to expand the Foundation’s reach and influence.

Maha holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MA in International Relations and Middle East Studies from Johns Hopkins University. She lives in New York City with her husband and daughter.
