Krysta Copeland is an Associate General Counsel. She joined the Foundation in 2019. In this role, Krysta is responsible for the legal structuring, negotiation and management of the Foundation’s impact investing portfolio, including program-related investments, recoverable and convertible grants, and the Foundation’s investment advisory arm, Rockefeller Foundation Impact Investment Management.
