Dr. John de la Parra is Director, Food Initiative. He joined the Foundation in 2020. In this role, John is responsible for driving the Foundation’s global strategy to transform food systems through science, innovation, and equity — advancing breakthroughs in regenerative agriculture, leading the Periodic Table of Food Initiative (PTFI), and supporting Indigenous foodways through a portfolio that centers traditional knowledge and community-led solutions.
