Elena Gelosa is currently the Senior Vice President of the Bellagio Center since September 2023. She oversees all strategic and operational activities and serve as the Foundation’s representative in Italy.
The Bellagio Center is one of the most special venues in the world, and it is the setting for driving collaborations and innovations to advance society in all its aspects. She is focused on ensuring that its impactful legacy continues while finding new ways for it to help all of us promote the well-being of humanity.
Previously, she was Alumni and Fundraising Director at Bocconi University for six years. After more than 25 years in strategic consulting and private companies across multiple sectors, she chose to take a decisive turn in her career, shifting her focus toward the non-profit sector and leveraging networks as a driver for collective impact.
Her extensive experience has shaped her into a results-oriented leader, with strong capabilities in business development and sales growth. Over the years, she has held senior roles including Marketing Director at ManpowerGroup and Partner for Retail and Consumer Products at IBM.
Through her career, she has built a strong and trusted network of relationships. She is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on modern marketing and measurable business outcomes. Deeply interested in people and talent development, she enjoys coaching and working in international, multicultural environments.
She leverages her entrepreneurial attitude and expertise to make things happen with a Smile. She believes in the power of simple execution and love challenging projects.
