Eason Jordan leads The Rockefeller Foundation’s Connected Leaders team, advancing the Foundation’s impact through convenings, fellowships and alliances.

Previously, Jordan helped launch and lead CNN, NowThis and Malala Fund. At CNN, he served as chief news executive and president of newsgathering and international networks. Jordan later served as the founding general manager of NowThis, a digital news service. At Malala Fund, he worked as the closest adviser to Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Malala Yousafzai. His honors include Emmy, Peabody and Edward R. Murrow Awards. Jordan serves on the advisory board of Women for Women International. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
