Dwayne Montaque is the Vice President, Finance and RFCC. He joined the Foundation in 2021. In this role, Dwayne is responsible for financial and development matters of the Foundation and its affiliate organizations. This includes financial management of strategy, budgeting, accounting, donor reporting, compliance, tax, and auditing.
