Robert (Rob) Hillman has spent 25 years arranging and structuring financings for municipalities, infrastructure projects and not-for-profit agencies. Among the over $50 billion of taxable and tax-exempt debt financings that he has led was the landmark $700 million financing for The Rockefeller Foundation in 2020. Rob joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 after 23 years at another major Wall Street firm. Rob holds a BA in Economics from Brandeis University (Waltham, MA) and an MS in Mathematics from New York University.
Rob lives in Boston with his husband and daughter and serves as the treasurer of a small non-profit.
