On our April 7 webinar, the Hattaway Communications team presented findings from focus groups with healthcare workers, K-12 teachers, and frontline workers who have hesitated to take the vaccine. They explored their motivations and concerns in their own words, and showed how to craft messages to meet them where they are. These focus group insights, combined with recent survey data, formed the basis of a Vaccine Confidence Message Brief.
