Sreya Bhattacharya joined The Rockefeller Foundation in 2016. As the Talent Experience Manager, she welcomed talented staff to the Foundation, ensured they are supported throughout their journey at the foundation and unlock their potential. She focused on recruiting, onboarding and supporting staff learning & development.
She has a background in analytics, mergers & acquisition consulting and a passion for working with culturally diverse groups of people and clients at KPMG Chicago and KPMG India.
Sreya received her BSc in Finance & Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and her MBA from Columbia Business School.
