Silvia Mansur de Oliveira

Silvia Mansur has over 15 years of experience in global marketing, digital communications, and strategic planning for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. She has been with The Rockefeller Foundation since April 2017, where she is responsible for global digital strategy across all channels, helping to advance the mission of the foundation through compelling multimedia storytelling and digital engagement.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Silvia served as Senior Consultant for UNICEF – United Nations Children’s Fund for three years, and worked for 11 years at American Express in New York, London, and São Paulo. She ended her tenure at AmEx as Global Director of Strategic Marketing, overseeing product marketing, communication, and strategic planning across 25 countries. Silvia is a Brazilian native, from Rio de Janeiro, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and an MBA in Marketing.
