Shea Gopaul is the Executive Director of the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN), a coalition of companies and organizations addressing the skills mismatch and youth unemployment crisis. In a short period of time, , the GAN has increased membership to include over 14 major, multinational members and launched GAN National Networks (GNNs) in Turkey, Indonesia, Spain, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico, bringing in a total of 166 global members.
