Molly Kinder

Senior Advisor, Work, Workers and Technology, New America

Molly Kinder is a senior advisor with New America’s Future of Work team and the New America National Network. She is also on the faculty at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, where she is teaching a graduate seminar on the social, economic, and policy implications of AI, and a fellow at Georgetown’s Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation. Kinder is leading human-centered research on automation and work, including research on Uber drivers’ motivation for—and constraints to—skills and opportunity.
