As the Chief Administrative Officer, Louise aligns talent, culture and values with the strategic vision and direction of the Foundation. As a people and culture leader, Louise has dedicated her professional life to understanding the complexities of who people are and how they do their work.

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2018, Louise was the Vice President of Human Resources at other organizations including, The New York Public Library, The International Rescue Committee, CARE and Save the Children. She is a graduate of Syracuse University.
