Linda has extensive work experience in a variety of developing country cultures, political economies, and development contexts (conflict, recovery, transition, development) in Southeast Asia, Southern and Eastern Africa, and the Pacific, working closely with clients to analyze needs and develop inclusive development strategies and programs.
