Katie Schmitz Eulitt

Strategic Advisor, SASB

Katie Schmitz Eulitt currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to SASB, building on her work as Director of Stakeholder Engagement which she held during SASB’s provisional standards-setting phase. Over that four-year period, Katie and her team were responsible for recruiting and convening over 2,800 investors and industry experts in 79 industry working groups. Katie is currently focused on engaging with investors to encourage their use of SASB standards. She curates SASB’s forthcoming publication, ESG Integration Insights and co-curates SASB’s Investor Advisory Group. Katie worked with Salomon Brothers for over a decade in the US, Japan, and Hong Kong. Her experience also spans the energy sector (both renewables and fossil fuels), the protection of forested lands, and water disinfection in developing markets. Katie earned her BA in Japanese from the University of California, Berkeley, and her MBA from l’Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France.
