Kat O’Neil is a fellow at Generation USA, currently seconded from McKinsey & Company.  At McKinsey, Kat serves public and social sector clients on strategic planning, organizational transformation, and citizen experience. Prior to joining McKinsey, Kat taught in the U.S. as a Teach for America corps member and in South Korea. She holds a B.A. in history from Duke University, a Master of Teaching from American University, and a M.Ed., and MBA from the University of Virginia.
