Jonathan Dolan guides the research agenda of Future State and works with a consortium of partners to better understand how we can collectively support the learning needs of policymakers whose values are aligned with the principles of participation, agency, choice, and trust in the digital world. Jonathan has been a long-time leader in digital development, most recently in designing and leading USAID’s Digital Inclusion practice. Jonathan is currently a Cybersecurity Policy Fellow with New America and a former member of both the Alliance for Affordable Internet Advisory Council and the World Economic Forum’s Internet for All Steering Committee.
