Haley Hoffman brings to Incandescent her interest in storytelling and strategy. With a background in entrepreneurship, social impact, and digital media, her preference is for the innovative, cross-cultural, and elegantly explained.

She joins Incandescent from TED, where she spent 3 years on the product development team focused on redesigning beloved platforms, harnessing analytics, and composing product launch strategy. Other work in strategy, brand, and execution includes scaling a media campaign in the Northeast as General Manager of EUF, nonprofit communications work at the Bahá’í World Centre in Haifa, Israel, and juvenile justice system analysis in North Carolina on disproportionate minority confinement. She began her career as a consultant at Katzenbach Partners, and is happy to be reunited with old friends at Incandescent.
