Estera Barbarasa

Senior Technical Assistance Officer, S4YE

Estera supports the S4YE Impact Portfolio and the Coalition’s knowledge management program. Some of her prior work includes capacity building to support demand-driven education systems in El Salvador, advising Liberian universities on student internships and employer engagement, and evaluating youth employment and entrepreneurship projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Estera’s experience focuses on youth employment, economic and workforce development, and labor markets. She has worked with RTI International and Vital Voices; and has managed projects with U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), International Finance Corporation (IFC), and Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF).
