Emily (Xiaoyue) He joined The Rockefeller Foundation in 2018. She works with the Investments Office to manage the investment activities of the Foundation’s endowment. Her responsibilities include sourcing, conducting due diligence and monitoring of investment managers across public and private markets, and providing analytical support for asset allocation and risk management.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Emily was an Associate focused on hedge fund selection and allocation at PAAMCO Prisma. She started her career in Sales Trading of public equities in Hong Kong.
Emily holds a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, an M.Phil in Economics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an M.B.A in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a CFA Charterholder.
