Cyril Seck is an independent strategy and policy advisor. His expertise covers strategic planning, process and organization design, and change management. He has advised governments, foundations, multilateral organizations, and corporations across a wide range of sectors with an emphasis on public health in Africa. With Dalberg, he has helped guide an embedded team of consultants who are working to strengthen public health emergency systems in partnership with West African Ministries of Health. Cyril holds a MSc in Management from EMLyon Business School.
