Caroline Kronley joined The Rockefeller Foundation in 2012. As managing director for strategy, she led the team responsible for strategy development within new programmatic initiatives at the Foundation. She also supported broader strategic efforts that help realize the Foundation’s mission and goals.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Kronley was a management consultant at Katzenbach Partners as well as Booz & Company, where she served a broad range of clients on strategy and organizational performance. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kronley oversaw strategic planning activities for a Mexican microfinance institution. In this role, she designed and led marketing, partnership, training and program evaluation initiatives. She has also worked in various capacities for a number of non-profit organizations in the United States, focusing on community development and financial inclusion.
Ms. Kronley graduated from Haverford College with a degree in history and a concentration in Latin American studies and holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
