Carmella Richards

Former Executive Assistant

Carmella A. Richards joined The Rockefeller Foundation in 2011. She currently works within the policy and communications areas.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Richards worked at Carnegie Corporation of New York where she primarily assisted with the ten-year higher education initiative, Teachers for a New Era, of which The Rockefeller Foundation was also a funder. Ms. Richards has worked in Development at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and as a secondary English teacher in Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Ms. Richards received her M.A. in English from DePaul University and her B.A. in English from Santa Clara University.
