Alexis Feeney Tallman

Alexis Feeney Tallman joined The Rockefeller Foundation in April 2022 as Director of Global Covid-19 Response and Recovery where she leads cross-functional workstreams to execute the Foundation’s Global Vaccination Initiative strategy.

Alexis’s experience spans all stages of the strategy execution lifecycle, from goal setting and strategy development to investment planning and prioritization, organizational design, program execution and performance management. Most recently, Alexis served as Staff Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Anthem, where she led transformational efforts to fundamentally improve customer experience at key touchpoints. Previously Alexis launched Anthem’s corporate Transformation Office, led analytics teams supporting strategy development and corporate investment prioritization, and drove annual strategy and planning processes at both corporate and business unit levels.

Prior to joining Anthem, Alexis served as a consultant in the healthcare industry primarily focused on provider growth strategies.  She spent her early career in the financial services industry at both JPMorgan and Capital One.

Alexis received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
