Abdramane Diabate is a Senior Consultant in Dalberg’s Dakar office. He has experience working on strategic planning and implementation with government stakeholders, civil society organizations, and international organizations. Abdramane’s work spans multiple sectors, including public policy, education, agriculture, and health. He has been embedded within Mali’s Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC) over the past year to help accelerate its operationalization process and increase its effectiveness as a response tool for the Malian government in its fight against COVID-19. Abdramane holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University. He is also a graduate of Deep Springs College in California and the African Leadership Academy in South Africa.
