About UsOur Team Renee Vuillaume

Renee supports the agriculture innovation portfolio at The Global Knowlege Initiative.  In this role, Renee wears a bunch of really cool hats, from helping universities develop a collective strategy to tackle global food insecurity to managing a network of cross-sectoral actors dedicated to reducing post-harvest food loss in low-income countries. Renee has been on a quest for 8 years to understand the interdependency of agricultural, economic, social, and environmental systems.  Her quest has taken her to Uganda as a Peace Corps Volunteer; on the ground (or in a boat) with farmers and fishermen in Chile, Mexico, and Montana; and onto the interwebs as a writer and quantitative researcher. She holds B.S. degrees in Business and Psychology, and a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
