Logan Appel joined The Rockefeller Foundation in 2016. As an IT director, Mr. Appel coordinates the development of custom-built applications, implementation of SaaS solution and application support.
He brings with him years of experience working in the IT field for various industries all across the U.S., with a background in software support, business analysis, and project management. Most recently, Logan worked as a ScrumMaster (an Agile project manager) at a private equity firm where he leads a team of developers in software design and support. Logan started his career in Alaska working for an oil and gas company where he learned how to support software, manage servers and run IT projects.
Mr. Appel received his bachelor’s degree in Management Information systems from Kansas State University.
