The Managing Director, HCM will be a strategic partner to the COO and the President of the Foundation, aligning the Foundation staff to the new strategic vision and direction. They will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing innovative human resources and enterprise-wide culture enhancing initiatives to attract, develop, engage and retain a high-performing team of talented professionals.
In partnership with the senior leaders of the organization they will access, attract and develop a robust pipeline of external talent. They will build and lead the Foundation’s Human Capital Management activities and team regarding all of the Foundation’s initiatives for staff in the areas of onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, staff engagement, performance management, culture and values. They will both provide day-to-day leadership to the on-going management of the HCM team while at the same time develop and maintain a focus on the Foundation’s strategic vision and mission driving toward results. The Managing Director, HCM will be based in New York City and report to the Chief Operating Officer.
