Special Assistant to the President
Ted Grant joined the Rockefeller Foundation in 2009. As Special Assistant to the President, he provides strategic and operational support to both the President and the executive team.
Mr. Grant came to the Foundation after a long career in the financial services industry, with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor institutions. His tenure at the bank included working with the chairs and CEOs on a broad range of strategic and operating matters, including strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategic communications, leadership and governance, and performance improvement.
He has worked in the United States and in China. Earlier in his career, he led numerous support-related functions, including human resources, communications, technology, project management and finance.
Mr. Grant has a bachelor’s degree from Drew University and an MS from Steven Institute of Technology.
